I want to start a small business. I have a name for my clothing line and some designs already drawn out so that I can get them printed on a tshirt. The problem is I dont know the legal part of this such as: permits or licenses, copywrite protection, or if I were to use a character or picture of another company on my shirt if its ok, etc. Im a newbie please educate me.
