what steps do i need to take in order to cash checks or money orders in the selected name?I think i need to go to the court house to secure the name and get a tax number,take that info to the bank and set up the bank account.Then start advertising,but that sounds to easy.Or is this correct. basiclly,I will create a ad place it in the paper.use the selected business name with a suit address/po.box and respond to each response,which will be accompanied with a fee.I want to beable to deposit that fee in a account which will have the business name used to advertise.
