I have a lot of mental illnesses and I have this idea that if I quit smoking, quit drinking, quit eating sugar altogether, never smoke cannabis ever again, start exercising, get a job, eat healther, etc. I'll feel a lot better.
So where do I start? What kind of foods to eat, how to exercise, etc. protein shakes? Please just give me some tips. Thanks.
