I want to start English tutoring,help me pls.?

Hi,I'm an English teacher with 6 years of experience in class teaching.Now I'm going to try tutoring with 1 to 4 learners.Need some ideas for handling such a class.What topics do u recommend for a conversation class?Do you recommend any text book to be used in class?If yes,pls recommend some.What suggestions do u have for my first session?Thanks a lot
