Im 13 years old and 5'5" if thats rellevant at all.
Oh and it needs to be a good bike. Im planning on doing this ride next summer that is 400 miles there then back, so since iv'e never really been into this before im not sure if different bikes are better for distance and speed.
So my step dad rides and he got my mom into it so I want to try it now. Im aware that road bikes get pretty pricey but thats alright. I just need to try and keep it under $1,000. So any suggestions on good bikes?
Also are trek bikes good?
