i want to start business in sez?

Dear sir I am the partner of XYZ Diamonds which registered in ROF at mumbai. Here i want to start diamonds business in SurSez as a same name of my DTA firm XYZ Diamonds . Please tell me it is possible for that same firm can be do business in DTA and SEZ ? If yes please tell me XYZ Diamonds(dta) send goods to XYZ Diamonds (sez) then what is entry in books of account. is it sell or transfer of goods ?
