I want to start a repo business, but no one is hiring for me to get experience...

...what do I do? I am a 19 year old that has been looking into starting a repossession business for a while now. I have researched all the ins and outs about the business. I have quite a bit of knowledge about this business and I "want to get my feet wet" before I start with my own business. although there is no one hiring for me to get some experience first hand. I have looked into getting a license although it is not required in the state of Ohio. I also looked into just starting it, although I honestly don't think I will do nearly as well in the long run. I want to know what everyone thinks about how i should approach owning a successful business. I do have a wreck on my license from when I just turned 18 it's a assured clear distance, but i do not have any other kind of ticket or anything. What should i do next? should I just go ahead and try and start the business? or is there something else I can do to get some experience in the vehicle repossession business? Like I said I have a sufficient amount of knowledge and would like to know what you think. Thanks for looking, and I'm looking forward to see everyone's input.
