Dear all , my name is luke . I am a degree student in life science. I have a strong desire to set up a laboratory which services clinical diagnosis of diseases in collaboration with outside clinic. But I am totally lack of idea from where I have to start . Some people have I am too ambitious.But this is my aspiration. I don't know how much should we invest on this business , how to draw a market plan. What should have to learn and what I need to know ?
