problems,who'd you know will buy? hello,

I have an apartment building in Barbados,5 apartments with pool,built in 2008. (Brand new)

I want to sell my building to get out of some debt i have.the building is Valued at approx. $1,000,000.00 usd.

I would really appreciate if i can get any hellp,im just asking if you know anyone that wants to invest in a nice home with an apartment.These are aparment built like homes.
