I want to save a GIF image to my files so i press save file and save it under all...

...files I can't get it back!!? I went on PureSilvaBannerMaker.com made my banner and when i try to save it it lets me but when i try to look at the image it jut has the several shapes symbol and then it goes white, I've tried saving it as a GIF and as ALL FILES. But it won't show me what I've made. I also can't put them on my pages because all you see is a block of black or white. Please help me! How do i save it so that i can view and use it!
 
Try opening the file you've saved, using your internet browser to open it.

It probably won't work in a normal picture program.
