I want to run a business making dog clothes?

I am currently unemployed but I want to run a business making and selling Dog Clothes (Rain coats, winter coats, jumpers etc) - How would I go about starting up something like this? I have made them before and had a lot of interest in the ones I have made for my own and friends pets, so although patterns would be useful, I need more how to start selling them as a business more than anything.
