I messed up the software on my blackberry 8900 by accidentally disconnecting it while it was updated, and even though i backed it up i'm still missing a lot of applications and important hardware in my blackberry. Is it possible to restore it to factory settings, but backup my contacts, messages, bbm pin, and emails synced into my phone?
I want to restart my entire blackberry software, how do i do this?
