This house is 500 a month, up stairs 4 bedrooms, down stairs 2 bed rooms. The whole house would be mine. But the problem is, it's in a really bad neighborhood (high crime)and a little far from my job, but it's a dream house! If I get a tenant to move down stairs the my rent is paid for. I'm so confuse, I would hate to pass up on this. It's so much to worry about. What happens if the pipes burst? I would have to replace them, and I don't have cash like that. The when I buy the house I can rent out the top part. Then taxes...OMG! What do I do? I don't have a car, I have a car for now but money is tight and I'll have to get rid of it and catch the bus and the bus is not that dependable. But I really really want this house.
