I want to put streaks of a cool color in my hair, but my hair's naturally platinum

blonde...? Is there any dye that actually will come out eventually, or will I have to bleach back?
I just want like a streak of hot pink, or teal, or something pretty/cool underneath.
But my hair's naturally platinum blonde, and I don't want it to not come out EVER, and I'm NOOOTT bleaching it.
