Hey guys, im a 16 years old boy and I NEED TO PUT ON WEIGHT as I am very very thin.
Anyway, i heard that eating alot of food that contain high CALORIES can gain your weight right?
But they say that going for exercises or workout will help the process to work faster.
so my question is, Im thin. Doesnt going for exercises or workouts will BURN my CALORIES?
