i want to put neon on my dirt bike, need help?

ok, its not actually a dirt bike. its a mini bike, with a go kart engine. i dont think it has a battery, and i dont really want to hook them up the to the engine. but i was thinking is there a way to ghetto rig a rechargeable battery to the frame, and the neon's power wires to that?
ok well, thats wut i was thinking, but i guess im looking more to how i could do it, like a resource to wiring i guess.
