Let's not rule out a torque converter type automatic.
The only other type of Honda automatic that I can think of is a CVT like a 6th gen Civic HX. Then you are stuck with a d-series. I don't think a CVT could handle an H2d.
There have been people who have put H22's in 4th gen Civics and CRXes. You can get that with an automatic and laugh while you walk B16s all day long. The oil pan is a little low for my liking, but it can be done
Or if you must have a B-series, there were jdm GS-Rs with automatic.
