I want to print to paper frame by frame a short clip from a dvd?

i want to take a dvd movie put it on close caption and print it on paper frame by frame. Just a short clip from a movie. I have windows media player, powerdvd, quick time player,real player, and windows movie maker. LOL .. with all of these programs you would think that i would have found a way to do it by now. I think that I have been trying to hard and and for so long that Im just missing what i need to do.
