well, i have been studying classical guitar for a year now, but all i have been learning is etudes and studies. i have no job but i found a lounge in my city that will pay for someone to go play there. i really want to play there, but i do not have enough repertoire to play. im sure my buddies at my university are looking around for some place to get experience also, but im lucky to have found this place. can you all help me pick some songs that are interesting enough to play? i get nervous playing in front of people and i think playing a small lounge can give me a lot of experience because i really want to be a teacher one day, or even a performer. thanks you all :D

Well, right now Christmas songs would be good, since we are in the season !
If you don't sing, I would suggest acoustic instrumentals by;
Chet Atkins
Carlos Santana
Jose Feliciano
Eric Clapton
Tony Rice
(pick the ones you like)

Also, talk to your friends , and ask them what they would want to hear!
And spend all your spare time, going and listening to other performers and listen to what they are playing for their audiences!

Sometimes you can find an easy listening station, and they will play acoustic instrumentals on there ! (that's if you don't sing)
