Iam American and my wife is Filipina. She may be getting deported, and I wish to start a martial art school there. What are some good areas, and what are the price demographics? From what I understand, is that Metro Manila is very poor, and I wouldnt be doing myself any favors. If I opened a school in Makati , I could make more money since it is a rich area, but im not sure If I could afford the overhead. Any ideas?
