As always location is the key!

Look around in High Street shopping. The company will beable to help you about that too.

Here's my recommendation: start your own business.

What is Subway going to do, come after you for making ham and cheese sandwiches? Nobody has that copyrighted or trademarked!

There are several niche businesses. There are smoothie businesses, buffalo wing businesses, roti shop business, so on and so forth.

Start a business yourself, and go from there. Franchises are scams. Here's why:

1. They take 10% of ALL revenue coming in. Not profits, anything that comes in!

2. They make you buy all your equipment from a supplier only they approve of. That means you can pay as much as 25% or more over what you could buy the equipment for somewhere else.

3. You have to do everything their way.

4. Some of these places have terrible business models. They start the place up, franchise it and don't even see if it works. Often times, you are left on your own to solve any unique problems or situations.

5. You don't want to be stuck in a bad location. That happened to my last boss. It got so miserable I left. He was stupid, but still, it could happen to you. It's your money to lose.

Most new businesses don't make profit for the first couple of years. It will take you 150k of profit for you to see any money.

Then, you have the worry about your employees eating your profits, leaving you high and dry on Friday nights cuz they want to party, and quitting on you without notice.

You, my friend, will bust your butt for the first 10 years. It can be worth it, tho.

Good Luck on your future endeavor.
