I want to open encrypted msn plus chat logs from 2006?

I have encrypted msn plus chat logs from 2006. I'm trying to open it but for some reason the new msn plus live wont open it. I'm sure i know the password but the screen doesn't even appear to ask me for it.

I tried downloading msn messenger (not live, which they didn't have in 2006) and the msn plus from 2006 but still no luck.
