in social sciences.Any advice? I live in south Africa and have a UK and a US passport. My internet coverage is gving me hassels, but i have looked into uni of the w/indies
pen campus and common wealth open uni. the former doesn't seem to do arts degrees. I'd like the advice of someone who knows the area or about the various study oppertunities. i'd like to live as near St Maartin as possible.Thanks!
