stuffs out of the room? I have a tenant leaving, we agreed that he move out on the 30th, and until now his stuffs are inside the room, I asked him to leave on May 1st week because my cousin is arriving and will use the room, he agreed to that, for 3 weeks no communication with the tenant, and on 28th of May he said, if he could extend, I told him he cannot because my cousin will arrive on the 30th, so he asked if he could stay just 1 more night, I allow him, the next day same request, I allowed him to stay, and we agreed that he leave today, but this morning, he is not in the room, and cannot be reached as usual, he is not communicating with me, he is not answering calls from me. He is month to month rent. Now I am having this feeling that he wont leave today and tommorow he will give me the same reason that he has work tommorow so he cant pull his things out. etcc...blahh blahh blahhh...
My question is, can I took out his stuffs out of the room so that my cousin can move in?
I mean Im just gonna put his things outside the room, not outside the appartment?
