I want to make a teen Secondlife account but I dont have a Paypal or mobile phone...

...number !? Well I know secondlife is not for children under the age of 18 , So Im trying to make a account for Teen secondlife . But the problem is it keeps asking for either a Paypal number or a mobile phone number and I have neither of them .. Is there anyway I can still make a account ? If my dad aloud me to use his mobile phone number to make a free account would it work ?
