on a Game Sim. (Read More)? For anyone that plays Goal Line Blitz you would know what I mean by game simulator or basically just a system that Sims the games based on ratio's and stuff. Basically the system that crunches numbers to rule out the odds and evens and determines off the "Ratios" who is the victor. Also along with making this game I know I must set up something like paypal, and also know some coding and have possibly a graphic program or someone specialized in that. Anyways I would like to receive help on all this so please post and let me in on some of your wisdom. Thanks!
