I really want the most basic and cheapest set-up I can get since I am still new to everything. I have my backgrounds and all that, I currently am shooting with a D40. I just one a small light set-up that flashes (not continuous) with a reflector or whatever I need. I also need to know how to operate it all in terms of syncing it with my camera, I'm clueless on how to do all that. I usually buy from eBay and don't mind, or anything else you can think of, so please help me out, thank you so much!
