I want to make a complaint to blockbuster in the UK at the head office but i don't know what the UK head office e-mail address and link is? can anyone help me out please
My complaint is something to do with the service i got today and the false information that they gived me from their computer (about late fees) which all of the discs i had from blockbuster since i was a member. i always handed them back in on the day it suppose to be brought back in about 8-8:30 all the time and today for the first time i got a late fees when i went in to get something else, and i havent even had any of them over never brought any of them back late, i always brought them back on time, so could anyone help me out by giving me blockbusters UK e-mail address and website link if possible because i want to get this sorted out asap.
