I will change my diet, I will go to the gym 5-6 days a week. do an hour of cardiovascular activities. and another hour of weight training. Then in school i have physical education class twice a week. So in every week i would be doing 12-14 hours of exercise. I want to know if i can lose weight and still have my muscles but also tone them up a lot. I don't know if i should lift heavy weights or do strength training for toning my muscles up. i'm a male, 17 years old. I'm going to start using the gym in january, because im still saving money. I am 5'6 and i weight 150, i want to drop to 130. Can i lose 20 lbs in 1-2 months or is that not good also?
