I weigh 184-186lbs. I'm 5' 6"..I go to parris island in september. I'm thinking of doing P90X to help myself get better at pushups/pullups. I'll be doing crunches every night. I don't think Ab Ripper X will help me with crunches. Should I do P90X? or should I just run 2-3+ miles everyday and do Chest and Back/Chest Shoulder Triceps every other day? With some Yoga X once or twice a week. Which would be better in my situation? Please help. I just want to lose this gut I have. I just want to lose it along with my arm fat.
