I'm 5'2'' and weighed 223 two weeks ago.
I changed my diet. Instead of breads and pastas, I eat green beans, asparagus, corn, carrots, broccoli -basically the vegetables I like. I try to only eat veggies. I'm not much of a fruit person but tomatoes, apples, and bananas are my thing.
I drink LOTS of water to the point where I am constantly going to the bathroom.
I walk or jog several times a week -not strenuous exercise, but enough to feel refreshed.
Also, I try not to eat after 6:30 if I can help it.
I a diet there will always be mess-ups. So, I eat only fruits and vegetables during the day. This way if friends want to go out to eat dinner or cook, I don't feel so bad about messing up my diet because I know I've stuck to the plan all day.
I woke up and weighed myself this morning... I weigh 114. That means I've lost 9lbs in two weeks just by using the rules above. I still have 4lbs to go, but hopefully in the next two weeks I can get rid f it!
