By no means do i want to be a body builder, i just want to lose some fat, mainly in my stomach, and chest area.
I have a few questions before i do this, should i do Cardio before i do any weight training / strength machines? and should i mainly workout at night or morning or day?
I would also like to know a sample diet i could use, that isn't expensive, i can find at a local grocery store, not a salad and isn't hard to make
