T ttlycnfsd1 New member Nov 9, 2010 #1 treadmill. Is this goal realistic? drinking water and eating smaller portions. walking on the treadmill at least 5 miles a day(4-5 days a week)=600 calories/approx. 2 hrs. ehhh, any opinions/ motivaton?? thanks!
