To tone up you belly, try doing sit ups every day. Mabey start will 2X10 or 2X20. 20 in the morning, and 20 at night ect. Doing this everyday will help tone up the belly area. As for your things, try doing pilates or yoga. These 2 have some great exercises that will help tone your legs.
As for your diet, i need more information as to how fussy you are. Find at least 5 vegetable you like, because you need to be eating them everyday. And also find 5 fruits that you like.
