I want to look good for camp. Please HELP?

To tone up you belly, try doing sit ups every day. Mabey start will 2X10 or 2X20. 20 in the morning, and 20 at night ect. Doing this everyday will help tone up the belly area. As for your things, try doing pilates or yoga. These 2 have some great exercises that will help tone your legs.

As for your diet, i need more information as to how fussy you are. Find at least 5 vegetable you like, because you need to be eating them everyday. And also find 5 fruits that you like. This may be hard if your fussy, but you for a diet change you need to be getting the right balance. To help, mabey go see your GP.
 
In about a month I am going to camp and would like to look better. I am overweight and want to loose a lot of belly and thigh fat. How would the best way to get rid of a few inches, and if it is even possible in a month to do so with diet and exercise? Suggestions of excercises that will target those two areas would be helpful.

Also I am a very fussy eater so how can I find a diet that is right for me?
