I visited my mom yesterday and she asked me if I wanted to live with her...I said of course. Here's the story, my dad got custody over me in '03, my mom has a new husband (who is great!), and my grandma lives with her, who I love as well. My mom has changed a lot. She's coming to visit me on March 12th, after she comes back from Cuba (After visiting here family). She's gonna talk to my dad....my dad and step-mom are very nice with me (they've taken me to vegas, they take great care of me). But I just wanna live with my mom, and I'm 12, I turn 13 on May 28th. So I'll probably be able to make a choice. How do my mom and I talk to my dad? My dad already threatened me last year, that if I ever went to live with my mom he would never talk to me again. I'm basically in tears right now....so PLEASE HELP ME! I wanna live with my mom for the new school year which starts in August....so my mom and I need to make this quick....thanks guys.
