i want to know what are the useful software to generate some flash animations...

...in frontpage? I am doing a project in Microsoft Frontpage. I just want to customize my project with some flash animations. So can you please suggest some software which will satisfy my self? I tried Anim-Fx, But i don't know how to handle it.
