i want to know if your aloud to camp right off the beach in ocean city maryland..?

towards the end of july my boyfriend and some friends wanted to drive down to ocean city for like a wednesday til a sunday. We wanted to cut costs by camping... we wanted to camp right on the beach... is this aloud? any kinda of links or ideas for things to do down there. thankyou
 
some beaches its legal just call em up, the beach ur staying at. but its not aloud its allowed haha that made me think about it i almost thought u spelled it right lol
