i want to know if i can make dvds with my computer. i check devide manager and says

DVD/CD-ROM drives.? I am trying to make a dvd to play in my tv from a movie made in my computer using microsoft movie maker. Can i burn dvds in my computer if it says DVD/CD-ROM drives? Also do i need a specil cd to make a DVD?
 
you must have a dvd burner to make dvd's if you dont then you can't and you would also need blank dvd's
