I want to know How to get my Verizon Blackberry 8830 on Verizon to work on Tmobile.?

I have an Unlocked Verizon BB 830. I put my sim card in and all it says is searching for gsm. Can someone help me on what to do to get this to work on the Tmobile network. Thanks!
