I want to know about NYSSMA.?

I am a piano teacher and one of my student is participating the NYSSMA so I would like to know what is the judgement on the test and what else I should teach my student beside the music(score).
If somebody already taught student for NYSSMA and have a better understanding about it, please give me an answer ASAP.
