I have renters in my home now renting out bedrooms. House we share kitchen and livingroom. 2 renters I'm in the legal process of eviction but these people are bringing in unknown people who are not rsidents at 3am to take showers and in one case one is bringing in her son to sleep in the same room as her. I know I cannot video bathrooms of their rooms but i would like to in the common areas of the house. Can I do this legally? I live in Virginia. Thank you.
