What do you recommend? I want to keep my car as stock as possible. I'm interested in getting the Honda Interior Illumination Kit.

however it costs too much money. I want to light up my car interior/exterior with keeping the car as much as stock as possible. I've already changed the headlights to PIAA Xtreme White H11 bulbs however I do not notice a difference.
Also, what are parking lights? I've been several products on ebay about them.
