I want to have it made into a book, without publishing yet.?

I want to get my novel made into a book form and have 3-5 copies made for my family and a close friend. I'm not ready to submit this story into a publisher, but I have read that if we self-publish a book, we can't submit it into a publisher. Is there any way I can have the first finished project (without an editor's revisions or publisher's changes) made into a book without actually self publishing it?

In other, more simple, words. Is there a site that will bound my book but will not publish it so that I can still submit my manuscript to a publisher when I am completely ready?
 
No other way except self-publishing.. and it's costy.
Unless you print it out onto paper and just give them to them.
