I have two limitations:
1. I have been working out for the past year, and wish to continue gaining weight (muscle mass). This means I need to maintain an increased intake of protein and carbs, as well as essential vitamins and minerals.
2. I have acne (mild at the moment), and I want that to go away. It gets sort of difficult here, but generally I need a low intake of sugar, relatively low intake of dairy, very little sodium, and not too many high GI foods.
Can anybody recommend some foods that satisfy my requirements?? I'm doing up a shopping list for mum so she'll buy food i can actually eat for once.
