Well I am 14 years old and I have been thinking a lot lately about getting into an acting career, but I am not 100% sure, I think I should start by doing commercials and working my way up, my goal is to be on disney or nickelodeon. But I don't understand how the whole "agent" thing works, and I don't know if this is something I really want to do or if its just a phase I'm going through, hmmm what should I do?
