Possible doesn't mean it will happen no matter how hard you try. It means it's not impossible for someone to send you to space.
However, no one *will* send you to space if you're blind in one eye, go unconscious under too much G force etc.
And not everything is possible, that's just a cliche.

Sure, you study really hard, get at least two degrees in engineering and science based fields, apply to Nasa, work EVEN HARDER for 3-10 years, and you might be assigned to the ISS,
