I'm planning on paying $40 monthly then just pay for a crappy $20 phone. The $40 pays for 200 minutes (since I just really text) and unlimited texting. Can I pay up front with cash monthly at the store and not get anything in the mail? And how much personal information do I have to give out?
I want to get a virgin mobile pay as you go phone..?
