I want to get a fake marriage certificate/license as a joke...?

I want to get a fake marriage license or certificate just as a joke for my friend. Is there something online like a worksheet that is free that I can use? I want to just email it to my friend not print it or anything. I would just scan someone else's and fill in different names but oddly enough I come from a long line of single women :)

Any help here?
 
It's called falsification and forgery. I believe it's a felony. You might want to think of a joke that is more mature and legal.
