I want to dye my hair!!! ?

I'm trying to dye my hair Brite blond and my hair color now is dirty blonde and I've dyed my hair 2 times now and its basically the same color and I'm getting sick of waiting, I can't go to the salon becuz it's not with the money wen I can do it at home for ten dollars and I'm binning it's just the dye I'm getting can someone tell me what is the best hair dye to get that is from $5 ~ $15 dollars.!!!!
